Dr. Mark Holthouse, MD, triple board certified, has over 34 years of clinical experience. Focusing on functional medicine the past 18 years and as part of the initial IFM Certified Practitioner cohort, Dr. Holthouse has expertise in several areas. An assistant professor at Loma Linda University School of Medicine for the past decade plus, Dr. Holthouse has contributed to the areas of cardiometabolic and hormone health.  

Dr. Holthouse currently serves as chief medical officer for a large functional medicine practice in the Pacific Northwest where he specializes in hormone optimization, cardio-metabolic medicine and precision age reversal. 

Mostly, Dr. Holthouse enjoys mentoring and teaching medical students and practitioners desiring to expand their own journeys in root cause medicine.
