Celebrate the 30th anniversary of IFM at next year’s annual international conference! Join us at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, CA, June 3- 5 for AIC 2021 as we reflect on the progress the IFM and the Functional Medicine movement have made over the years and present new opportunities for optimizing the health and wellness of our populations. AIC 2021 will explore the critical advancements in the field of medicine with relevant clinical applications backed by the latest evidence-based research.
Cancellations must be received in writing no later than 10 days prior to the first day of the Event to be eligible for a refund, less a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations received thereafter, up to the first day of the Event, are eligible for a refund less a $300 late cancellation fee. Tuition is non-transferable. Failure to follow the terms for cancellation outlined herein will result in complete forfeiture of tuition (nonrefundable, nontransferable, no exceptions). A written request for cancellation must be submitted by email to email@example.com. IFM will reply with a written acknowledgement.
Program materials and CME certificates are delivered to you through your personal IFM account. Program materials are for use by registered Attendees only. For this reason, you may not register someone other than yourself. Please reference the program website for specific registration deadlines. Late registration includes a $300 processing fee and can be done by calling our office at 800.228.0622 or, subject to space availability, registering in-person at the event.

IFM is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Available credit hours and information will be available closer to the conference date.

Although we are confident that the quality of this program will be outstanding, there may be occasional interruptions due to the nature of online streaming. All recordings of the educational sessions will be provided after the course.
