REGISTRATION CLOSES SOON

Join IFM and the thought leaders in functional medicine for a reimagined online conference experience happening June 4-5, 2022.

New call-to-action

The tradition of IFM’s Annual International Conference (AIC) is a time for us to gather as a community. At its core, AIC provides a venue to discuss the innovations in clinical practice and the advancements in research over the past year while uplifting and supporting each other, especially during times of uncertainty.

This year, IFM is offering a more streamlined, clinically focused online event. The 29th AIC, Advancements in Clinical Research and Innovative Practices in Functional Medicine, will feature two half-days of clinical lectures covering the latest research findings in functional medicine as well as practical, therapeutic applications that you can implement into practice the next day.

Highlights include:

  • Clinically relevant topics and novel therapeutic strategies to promote optimal health and well-being in areas such as sleep, environmental health, and mental health.
  • The latest research findings, with practical applications to help translate these learnings into effective interventions for a variety of patient populations.
  • Novel therapeutic targets for the gut microbiome.
  • Information on mast cell activation syndrome.
  • Discussions on functional medicine practice implementation.
  • Recordings of conference presentations (PDF, MP3, MP4). See Conference Recordings section for more details

Keeping with tradition, this year’s AIC will provide a space for our community to learn, share, and connect. It’s more than just an opportunity to discuss the latest research findings; it’s an opportunity to share our experiences, build stronger connections throughout the functional medicine ecosystem, and learn new ways to help patients achieve healthier lives for years to come.
