Information for Patients
From the practitioner: About My Practice
I have completed a 2-year fellowship in integrative medicine through the University of Arizona, am American Board certified in integrative medicine (ABOIM 2017), and am a certified functional medicine practitioner (Dec 2021). I work at the Centre for Health Innovation where I offer integrative & functional medicine consultations for all health conditions. I also work at Integrate Healthcare Collective where I offer medical neurofunctional acupuncture as well as trigger point injections for musculoskeletal injuries.
Je parle français et j'accepte des patients de québec.
From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect
I act as an integrative/functional medicine specialist - meaning patients must still see their regular family doctor for routine care. I will review your lifestyle and self care practices and dig deeper into the root causes of your illness with a functional medicine approach. Initial appointments are about 1h and follow-ups usually 30min. Please note this is a private pay practice as integrative & functional medicine services are not covered by OHIP.
