From the practitioner: About My Practice

I am a Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner and am also Board Certified in Family Medicine. My practice involves investigating and evaluating the underlying causes of disease in order to halt, reverse, or significantly improve one's health condition. I also guide patients in preventative medicine to maintain optimal health and wellness. I treat a multitude of chronic health conditions some of which include endocrine imbalances (thyroid and adrenal issues), digestive disturbances (leaky gut, dysbiosis, SIBO, food sensitivities), mold illness, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, autoimmune conditions, and nutrient deficiencies.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to partner, collaborate with, and support patients on their health journey. Taking a detailed history and listening to one's life story is of great importance and value, and the first office visit is therefore 60 to 90 minutes long. I use a variety of labs to assist in diagnosis and treatment. My primary modalities of treatment are dietary and lifestyle changes as I firmly believe that food is medicine. I also utilize supplements such as vitamins and herbs in my practice. I perform prolozone injection therapies for a multitude of musculoskeletal conditions and was trained by Dr. Robert Rowen MD in ozone therapy in 2014.
