From the practitioner: About My Practice

I work with individuals who have reached the tipping point in their own health. Who may have seen multiple doctors and know that the root cause isn’t being addressed. Who are ready for their story to be taken seriously and for someone to listen carefully with kindness and compassion. And most importantly, who'd like a whole-body roadmap to return to health so that their life can expand again.

My practice also integrates health coaching to bring your treatment plan alive and give you the support you need to make the lifestyle changes we discuss.

I'm a graduate of Dr. Aviva Romm, MD's New Medicine for Women Institute. And recently completed Dr Drew Ramsey MD's nutritional psychiatry course for health practitioners.

Wild Lemon Health is a VIRTUAL clinic designed to be direct to patients. Expect a holistic approach to your mental health. Our methodology focused on three pillars: gut health, adrenals and stress and skill building. In each pillar, we use conventional and specialty testing to assess and make a plan using nutrition, lifestyle and mind-body medicine as well as supplements and herbs.
