From the practitioner: About My Practice

As a Family Practice Functional Med provider, I work with all ages/stages and most chronic medical conditions.
Because of demand for this focused, personalized care, I am no longer offering primary care.
I partner with my patients with compassion, curiosity, and dedication to your betterment and achieving optimal health to the best of my knowledge, research, tools and guidance
I offer telehealth 2 days per week and an office visit option 1 day per week.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

After 15 years of offering functional medicine in a conventional medical center, I am now in a private part time practice with a fee for service, non-insurance billing model and will provide a superbill/invoice that shows paid in full status to submit to your insurance for out of network reimbursement that is insurance policy dependent. This applies also to Medicare Advantage programs also.
For Medicare Part B patients, I am a "non-participating provider" where patients pay our practice for the visit at the Medicare designated rates, we then submit the invoice showing paid in full to Medicare, and the patient gets reimbursed for that amount in approximately 60 days.
