From the practitioner: About My Practice
Barbara Sobel MS, CNS, LDN is an award-winning clinical and functional medicine nutritionist and a mind-body expert. She specializes in working with women with autoimmune disease, digestive issues, hormone imbalances, and inflammatory conditions who want to feel their best and age gracefully. She uses both diet and lifestyle habits to empower her clients to reach their health and wellness goals. Her strength lies in partnering with her clients to help them find balance and joy in their wellness journey. Barbara lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and sons and works virtually with individuals and groups. She loves chocolate and nature and describes herself as an explorer in the kitchen.

Barbara is very conscious that changing eating and lifestyle habits be difficult and can cause additional stress. No two people are alike, and while many of us are struggling with similar conditions, our history, lifestyle, tastes, and situations are very different.
Barabra works in partnership with her clients at a pace that is comfortable for them.
