From the practitioner: About My Practice

We are a faith-based office that provides both primary care and urgent care services using a membership model (Direct Patient Care, DPC). For more complex medical issues beyond primary care, patients can schedule a functional medicine appointment which does not require our DPC membership. With this deeper dive into wellness, our physician gathers information about your entire health timeline, truly seeks to understand your health and wellness priorities, and discusses relevant mental, emotional, and spiritual factors at play. Then, patient and physician work as a team to develop a workable evaluation and treatment plan.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

Patients can expect their initial functional medicine visit to last 90-120 minutes. The physician will then work with the patient to prioritize evaluation and treatment options that are best suited to the patient's ideal therapeutic approach.
