From the practitioner: About My Practice
My practice centers on the wellness model. I began my nutrition clinical practice while working side-by-side with Hematologists/Oncologists in 1988 at OCI while self-studying Jeffrey Bland, Attia and other health leaders for 30 y. I opened Health Transformations (HT) in 2000 and apply my 30 y of training while integrating 21st century nutrition principles into my skill set with each patient. HT is sought after by fortune 500 companies, medical residency and allied health institutions, & 1000s of private clients because my reputation for 30 y, even by my colleagues, is that I am a "knowing" nutrition and wellness thought leader. Your health is my business and I am committed to you or any organization that wishes to grow their wellness.
From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect
My approach focuses on improving your lifespan (quality of life) while reversing/delaying the onset of disease. I have 30 years of applying functional nutritional biochemistry so we can utilize lab testing (intestinal, lipids, nutrients, endocrine, sex hormone biomarkers) and genomics to identify your underlying biochemical imbalances. Along with your labs and story we ferret out the root cause(s) of your imbalances and then utilize 21st century nutrition therapy (i.e., culinary medicine & precise forms of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and botanicals), exercise and sleep physiology, CBT, mindfulness meditation resiliency training with emWAV to correct the imbalances. Most importantly, I educate you in ways that inspire actions.
