From the practitioner: About My Practice

Karen Graham is a Scottsdale based registered dietitian nutritionist and has been in the field of food/nutrition for over 16years. She has been in private practice since 2007. Karen is a Functional Medicine Dietitian specializing in GI disorders and diseases related to the gut microbiome. Her consultations includes the assessment, intervention and treatment of chronic illness or disease using nutrition. Karen will guide you in preventing, controlling or reversing your medical condition in a natural way. She takes an integrative approach to nutrition by combining cutting-edge medical nutrition therapies along with traditional, time-proven natural methods. During a consultation, Karen investigates many aspects of a person’s lifestyle.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

Patients can enter my practice two different ways:
1. By attending my New Patient Workshop: These are held monthly. This includes a face-to-face OR online initial visit with me that is 90 min, food sensitivity testing & body composition analysis using BIA. The workshop is a 2-hour education on diet, the microbiome, GI health and how these relate to chronic disease.
2. By singing up for the Comprehensive Healing Program: This includes 4 face-to-face OR online visits with me, stool testing, micronutrient testing, food sensitivity testing & body composition analysis at every visit.
I prescribe personalized nutrition. I have never prescribed the same diet for more than 2 people. There is no, "one diet fits all" when it comes to healing.
