From the practitioner: About My Practice

A certified Physician Associate (PA) turned Doctor of Naturopathy and Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, I work with clients using a functional medicine approach towards nutrition and lifestyle interventions.

I practiced as a PA-C and have been in the medical and healthcare industry for two decades. Over a decade ago, I changed to natural, holistic living when I got diagnosed with an autoimmune disease.

I believe in using a holistic, whole body approach to healing and helping people get to the basics of turning around their health. My passion is educating others to take control of their health by learning the tools they can use to make better choices that will help improve their overall wellness.
