From the practitioner: About My Practice

Dr. Fleming is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with residency training in both internal and family medicine. She has worked as a Primary Care Provider for over 10 years and is a certified ReCODE 2.0 practitioner, certified in the BaleDoneen Method, and an IFMCP graduate. Her approach is to identify the root cause of your particular symptoms and partner with you to create a personalized wellness plan based on your genetics, lab markers, environment, and lifestyle. This process involves an initial practice member evaluation to review your personal and family histories, health goals, desired destination, current lifestyle habits and symptoms. Targeted lab testing and/or imaging will be ordered based on the assessment.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

This is a Telemedicine practice. First, book a Free 15-minute Phone Consult and ask questions to see if you're a good fit. Next step- Practice Member Evaluation with Dr. Sandra. At least 3 appointments recommended for quality care.
Initial consultation is the Practice Member Evaluation (45-60 minutes) includes:
1) A complete wellness evaluation
2) Targeted lab testing and/or imaging ordered

Subsequent Follow up Consultations (30-45 minutes)
1) Review lab and/or imaging results
2) All-Inclusive Personalized Wellness Program - includes video instruction, curriculum, supplementation, additional testing, health and life coaching.
