Information for Patients
From the practitioner: About My Practice
General functional medicine is the focus of my practice. I explore areas that create an imbalance in one's health in areas such as inflammation, hormones, digestion, energy, cardiometabolic, structural integrity & gentle detoxification. I partner with clients to improve areas of imbalance through nutritional changes, lifestyle changes, supplements & medication, through creating a personalized plan for each individual.
From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect
I "partner" with clients to help them create a lifestyle that helps them thrive. Being an active participant is important to help move one's health in a positive direction.
