Dr. Shiva Lalezar, D.O., has been practicing Functional and Holistic Medicine in Los Angeles for the past twenty years. She is an expert in using IV Glutathione, IV Chelation, and IV Nutrients for treatment of chronic and complex conditions.

She founded the Health & Vitality Center in 2009 with the mission to bring the highest quality treatments to her patients who often require specialty diagnostic tests to uncover the root cause of their illness. Many of her new patients have suffered for years without a correct diagnosis or effective treatment, even at other holistic clinics.
