From the practitioner: About My Practice

Functional Medicine forms the foundation of my Nutritional Therapy practice. I work with a wide range of clients of all ages who often present with chronic health concerns. I focus upon therapeutic interventions that involve dietary, lifestyle and nutraceutical pathways as well as utilising appropriate functional testing to assist in the development of individualised client therapy plans.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

Functional medicine provides an insight into disease and illness that is often overlooked or misinterpreted. Much of the process involves gathering information and assembling this into a coherent form that aids the comprehension of the antecedents, triggers and mediators that most chronic illness requires to develop and continue to thrive. I work in partnership with my clients, placing them at the centre of my consultations and provide continued support from initial contact and beyond.
