Sinclair Health, PC is a Functional Medicine and Bioenergetic Wellness practice. We look at the root cause of illness, taking into account the whole person - body, mind and spirit - to restore balance and wellness. We look at your entire history to help identify underlying causes that can be treated to resolve the problem. We also use the principles of Biophysics to look at your unique energetic blueprint called the Human Bodyfield. We use the BioEnergetiX WellNES System to analyze and provide information to bring all aspects of your story into alignment for optimal wellness. We believe your journey to health, wellness and wholeness is a sacred journey, unique to you and we are privileged to help you attune to your highest potential.

Prior to initial visit a Functional Medicine Intake Form is filled out and returned along with previous lab results and pertinent studies/testing/information.
