We are a direct pay membership practice (DPC) with advanced integrative and holistic providers that spend a full hour with clients and who listen. Our focus is Prevention & Functional Medicine with a special focus on Thyroid and other hormone disorders. Some providers focus on Lyme, COVID, Autoimmune & other tick borne illnesses. Others in our center focus on autoimmune disorders. Locations in Myrtle Beach, Charleston, SC and affiliate offices in RDU (NC). Advanced Providers are Board Certified.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

First session is at or over 1+ hour with an advanced provider (AP, FNP, PA) or with Dr. Saleeby and follow up can be up to 1.5 to 2 hrs depending on level of visit and complexity. This is precision personalized medicine at its best.

We take a very holistic approach to each of our patients healthcare and make it easy on the bank account with Care Plan membership options.

Utilizing principles of Functional Medicine, our holistic practice has a very high success rate and very good patient outcomes.
