Kaz Kinsella

Kaz comes to IFM with 25 years of experience in human resources, talent management, operations, and communications. She owned and operated her own consulting firm, Kaz & Co for many years. Prior to that she worked for such reputable brands as The Walt Disney Company and Stanford University School of Medicine. She has a passion for building great organizations and guiding them through change and growth, which makes her uniquely qualified to join the IFM team.

When not working Kaz enjoys cooking for her family, hiking Washington’s trails and walking her dogs throughout her neighborhood, come rain or shine.
