Stephanie Sharkey

Stephanie leads the Operations Department to support the successful delivery and execution of IFM’s curriculum, certification program, and partnerships, to achieve organizational goals and advance IFM’s mission. The department seeks opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies to optimize production of IFM’s initiatives across the organization. Stephanie oversees IFM’s events, marketing & communications, customer relations, eLearning, contracts & asset compliance, IT, and project management efforts.

Stephanie came to IFM with expertise and background in events, non-profits, and associations. From 2013-2019, Stephanie worked in IFM’s Conference Management department, supporting and then leading the conference and exhibitor efforts for the organization. From 2019-2023, Stephanie was IFM’s Chief of Staff, where she oversaw the Executive Office and served as a strategic advisor to the CEO in support of key projects and strategic initiatives.

Outside of IFM, Stephanie enjoys cooking, yoga, and exploring the Pacific Northwest with her family.
