Tabitha C. Barth

Meet Tabitha C. Barth, Chief of Staff (COS) of IFM. In this role she serves as representative of the Executive Office and a liaison to the organization for strategic, operational, and management issues impacting the daily operations of IFM. Tabitha provides strategic oversight and direction to assigned critical and sensitive projects. She partners closely with and is a trusted advisor to the CEO in strategy and decision making. In her role she works with IFM’s Executive Leadership Team and unites team members across the organization to ensure the advancement of IFM’s mission.

Tabitha is an organizational leadership and communication professional with experience advancing organization’s strategic priorities alongside CEO, C-Suite and Board. She joined IFM in 2016, having served roles within customer relations, marketing & communications, public relations, strategic partnerships, and executive office. Tabitha holds a master’s degree in communication and leadership studies from Gonzaga University and bachelor’s degrees in communication studies and Spanish with a minor in psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

Tabitha was adopted from China when she was two and grew up in the Pacific Northwest. She lives in the greater Seattle-area with her pup, Milo. Tabitha is an avid reader, music listener, world traveler, and lifelong learner.
