IFMCP Written Exam Form November 2024

  • Please note that the IFM member discount does not apply to IFMCP products.

In addition to paying the Exam Form fee, you must also complete the IFMCP November 2024 Written Exam Form and submit a copy of your current healthcare license. Once we have verified eligibility, you will receive written confirmation indicating you have been approved to take the IFMCP Written Exam.
The written examination fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a subsequent testing period.

Please complete the Online Written Exam Form linked below. You will be required to upload a copy of your current healthcare license. If you are requesting testing accommodations you will be required to upload documentation from your healthcare provider. The due date is Friday, August 30, 2024.
