Therapeutic Food Plans: A Component of Personalized Nutrition is offered in collaboration with American Nutrition Association (ANA). As a registrant for the Therapeutic Food Plans course, your contact information (first name, last name, email, suffix (if provided), and primary degree) that is provided to IFM at the time of registration will be provided to the ANA after completing the course. IFM retains all right, title, and interest in its intellectual property, including any rights of ownership or as a licensee in any patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or any other proprietary rights (“Intellectual Property”). No license or other right of any kind is granted to the Attendee. Attendee may not use or reproduce the name, logo, slogan, artwork, graphics, designs, or any identifying symbol or mark of IFM or other third parties, including but not limited to IFM® & Design (U.S. Reg. No. 4116063), THE INSTITUTE FOR FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE® & Design (U.S. Reg. Nos. 4061508, 4075253), APPLYING FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE IN CLINICAL PRACTICE (AFMCP)® & Design (U.S. Reg. No. 4464851), or any variations thereof, without IFM’s express written consent as the exclusive licensee of the marks owned by Jeffrey and Susan Bland.



Participants of the Therapeutic Food Plans Online Course have 45 days from the course start date (date) to complete the program. Learners who do not complete within the time frame will lose ability to claim CME and/or the ability to claim course credit. Our systems does not allow for course extensions for any reason. No partial CME credit will be awarded.
