From the practitioner: About My Practice

I offer support for you to achieve optimal brain function through building up the systems that support it, removing blocks to healing and rewiring new patterns. All dimensions of personal health are addressed (body, mind, heart, spirit and planet/environment). I emphasize trauma resolution and energetic clearing in the context of a functional medicine evaluation and framework. I am available for both in-person and online consultations.
