I am the only GP that is practicing Functional Medicine at my current practice. Please mention that you are keen to explore functional medicine further when booking with my receptionists so that they can book a longer first appointment (rather than the standard appt for Medicare consults). Phone consultations can be arranged for subsequent follow up appointments.

I believe western medicine doesnt have the answers to everything. Functional Medicine addresses that gap and also looks further upstream at the root causes of diseases.
