From the practitioner: About My Practice

Healthcare with Heart
A functional medicine solo micro practice. I provide all the services in my one room office and have a remote staff member, allowing me to take care of a smaller number of patients and to have more time for meaningful appointments.

I focus on a healthy lifestyle and less on pharmaceuticals. My interests are strong in nutrition and in “food as medicine,” and as of today MAy 19,2023 I just learned that I am now certified with the Institute of Functional Medicine certification.

Collaborating with a wide array of traditional medical specialists and alternative holistic providers allows me to provide patients with great healthcare. Quality time with patients is what I value the most.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

My work is a partnership w/patients. As a patient you need to do some heavy lifting by putting in the work that is necessary to optimize your health to obtain your life goals
My patients often are proactive and if not then a health or life coach is helpful.
My patients are curious and motivated to understand why they have a medical problem, rather than just wanting a pill to solve the problem, and often need longer appointments than typical 15 minute visits. Longer visits which can be up to 45-55 minutes, allow more holistic healing and future health success.
