From the practitioner: About My Practice

My practice is a small, concierge practice located in downtown Salt Lake City. I specialize in the application of lifestyle and functional medicine to behavioral health diagnoses including substance use disorder. In addition, I look to guide patients in their journey to physical, emotional and spiritual wellness. Lifestyle change in nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management and healthy social connection as well as hormone optimization help individuals regain strength, vitality and mental clarity so that they may fully engage in their lives and continue to contribute to their families, professions and communities!
I am double board certified in Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine in addition to my IFM training.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

A desire to become well through hard work and dedication! There is no magic hormone, supplement, medication or behavioral therapy that will "fix" us. I am here to help you explore your physical, mental and spiritual health and to guide you on your path to wellness in the domains of nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management and connectivity. Wellness is the ACTIVE pursuit of health in these domains. This requires ACTIVE participation from both of us, frequent visits, and an integrated approach which may require that you engage with a nutritionist, health coach, behavioral health specialist or other specialists to provide the best care.
