I started Simplina to make functional medicine fertility more accessible and easier to do. Simplina utilizes genomics, lab testing and slow medicine (i.e. listening to the patient and taking time) to piece together your health puzzle. As the first PhD, RD to be certified in functional medicine, my practice has long utilized functional nutrition and comprehensive lifestyle medicine to create personalized plans for fertility.
