I am passionate about helping people reach their health goals through meaningful changes to diet and lifestyle. Having worked in NHS General Practice I have seen how empowering people to make small changes through sharing useful knowledge can have a profound impact. This is a new venture into private practice and my aim is to make it affordable for all using a low tech and personal approach.
