From the practitioner: About My Practice

Being board-certified in family medicine and neurofeedback and a certified functional medicine practitioner with over 30 years of clinical experience, Dr. Lewis can offer you the best of functional and conventional medicine. He obtains an in-depth history, combined with standard and functional diagnostic testing as well as EEG brain mapping as needed, to better understand the root causes of your medical conditions. The issues affecting your health can then be addressed through diet, lifestyle changes, targeted supplementation, a variety of neuromodulation therapies including neurostimulation and neurofeedback and, when indicated, prescription medications. From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

If you are interested in seeing Dr. Lewis, we request that you schedule a free 15-minute phone consult with him. We would like to know what your health care goals are and discuss if our approach is what you are looking for. Prior to your first appointment, you will receive functional medicine health assessment questionnaires to be completed online. During your first visit, Dr. Lewis will spend 60-75 minutes with you obtaining additional history and discussing diagnostic and initial treatment options. Once Dr. Lewis has received all of your lab results, you will have a second appointment with him (60-75 minutes) to review your test results and discuss a more in-depth personalized treatment plan. The third appointment (30 minutes) is free.
