Information for Patients
From the practitioner: About My Practice
I take a food-first approach to preventing and reversing chronic disease. I recognize how challenging it can be to make necessary lifestyle changes and work hard to support clients throughout this process. I see all types of functional medicine clients with a special interest in supporting those with mold illness. I utilize a fully functional approach addressing the mind, body, and spirit.
From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect
Clients are expected to be open to learning about the functional medicine process of creating health. Clients are empowered to do their own research and bring ideas to the table as experts in their own bodies. Clients can expect a provider who listens to their stories and digs deep to find answers. Clients need to know that while we are often able to make changes that offer some quick symptom relief, the entire healing process takes time, dedication, and an environment of trust.
