Horizon Functional Medicine exists to help people with unexplained symptoms frustrated by answers they have or haven’t been given by conventional medicine discover the root cause of these symptoms and make lifestyle changes to address the cause so they can fully experience the life they want to live.
From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect
What I’ve discovered is that many people with unexplained symptoms have been frustrated by a lack of answers from conventional medicine. They worry they will never feel better and have no hope for living the life they want to live. They want to have energy and feel well to live fully but most people don’t feel like they have the time or the knowledge to fix the cause of their symptoms. The mistake they make is fad diets or quick fix supplements when they really need to discover the cause and be guided in lifestyle changes that address the root cause.
The process starts with a 30 min discovery call with Dr. Olderog. Then a foundational assessment is conducted and a membership program is available for further work.
