From the practitioner: About My Practice

Naturopathy offers a new perspective on disease, helping patients learn about their body, allowing them to view the imbalance(s) from a different perspective, regain confidence in the bodies innate abilities to heal and take responsibility for their health.
My practice focuses on bridging ancestral, holistic and integrative medicine, as every interaction invites harmonisation with Nature and simultaneously I strive to keep up date with the daily cutting edge science and technology.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

After an initial 90-minute consultation discussing clinical history and lifestyle, Camilla will offer nutritional guidance, and a specialized supplementation prescription, alongside lifestyle recommendations including physical exercise, stress management, breathwork and sleep hygiene.
If necessary hyperbaric oxygen therapy or ozone therapy and IV infusion referral can be recommended.
The patient will receive a complete wellness report summarizing everything discussed and agreed upon, a shopping basket with supplementation.
Additional testing including nutrient, gut microbiome, hormone or toxin profiling may be suggested. The tests will be sent to the patients home. We will then review the rest together to monitor progress
