From the practitioner: About My Practice
Therapeutic Health is the most prominent resource for quality healthcare in the Hinsdale area, specializing in a wide range of functional medicine and chiropractic services. We run thorough diagnostics and offer laboratory testing to address the root problem of one's health ailments. We successfully treat the body in a "phasic, systems biology" approach, setting our results apart from other functional practices. We fully access gut/intestinal health, adrenal axis function, thyroid and hormonal influences on current dysfunctions; we also incorporate musculoskeletal and emotional interventions. Our state of the art treatments range from nutritional inventions, chiropractic, acupuncture, NeuroEmotional Technique, peptide and IV therapies.
From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect
What to Expect: Please call our office to schedule a new patient visit; arriving 20 minutes prior to your appointment for paperwork is encouraged. Fasting is encouraged prior to your functional visit as labs are often drawn on the first day; Follow-up lab testing is also common for evening appointments. Chiropractic patients do not need to arrive fasting. We are in network with BCBS PPO, Aetna PPO, and United PPO- we will utilize insurance whenever possible. There are many traditional tests that can be billed to insurance, there are also many functional tests that are not billable and are out of pocket expenses. Most chiropractic care is covered as well; this will be discussed with you at the end of your first visit.
