My focus is on changing the terrain in which your symptoms are taking root. We will start by identifying and removing any inflammatory triggers specific to you, and optimizing digestion, sleep, and stress to create a solid foundation for your your body systems. Then, we will get more specific to your needs by looking at lab markers, bringing deficiencies to sufficiency, and other factors that will help you feel like a more vibrant version of yourself. It is your own body that heals itself, but in order for that repair to happen, we have to know what's going on in there, and then we have to supply it with the right components to do so.
