My ideal client is looking for education & support using Food, Exercise, & Lifestyle as Medicine.
You're willing to Grow! And often not able or willing to take meds for ADHD, Depression, anxiety, Vet PTSD, allergies, depression or addictions.
You may need assessment of lifestyle/home for environmental toxins, reduce environmental offenders/body-burden.

As Allied Health, I work closely with you to create your healthcare team, including an integrative functional PCP.
As a Veteran, my fellow soldier and first responder is priority and service is honored w/ discounts.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

You receive holistic engagement from me, Body-Mind-Spirit, leaving feeling heard, with restoration of hope, and new nourishing paths that we identify in our journey together.
I do group education for certain populations, etc. addressing all areas of life that may contribute to DIS-ease or mental health suffering.
I require you to take the lead role in your health.
There are additional options for ongoing 1:1 attention, 3-month and 6-month package increments (min 30 days for habit change), to increase your success dramatically.
I see most clients virtually (or hybrid) using my HIPAA compliant portal.
If you are local, I have farm-to-table (the REAL root cause) education groups, and yes, hands get dirty!
