From the practitioner: About My Practice

Donna Rasplica MSc, RAc, Dr.TCM is a Registered Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine under the Health Professions Act of British Columbia. She practices Traditional Chinese Medicine, gentle styles of acupuncture and nutritional medicine with a special focus in Functional Medicine. She attended NIAOM (Northwest Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and Bastyr Universtity, both in Seattle WA). She has studied with the Institute for Functional Medicine and Functional Medicine University. She loves the systems biology approach in Functional Medicine, so similar in philosophy and approach to Traditional Chinese Medicine. Looking for the underlying or root cause/s of disease and dysfunction is foundational to both.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

Patients should come with the intention to do a deep exploration of their history and symptoms and be prepared to begin to make some reasonable incremental changes toward a fuller, healthier life.
