Hello! I’m a pharmacist and nutritionist with 20+ years of experience supporting the health of people living with a variety of chronic diseases.
My goal as a functional medicine practitioner is to help you discover the underlying causes of how you're feeling and optimize your health through changes in nutrition and lifestyle. I will make personalized recommendations based on your unique health history and functional testing (if desired), and support you with successfully making changes.
