Arizona Wellness Medicine founder, Dr. Emily Parke, provides the highest quality, personalized, evidence based Functional Medicine in the state of Arizona, with a concierge style team approach. Patients have access to their own health information, including lab results, comprehensive personalized assessment and plan, videos and educational handouts via the patient portal 24/7. After each Functional Medicine visit patients receive an updated plan which ensures that both doctor and patient are always on the same page.

We seek to accomplish this with passion, compassion, and education, as well as quality time spent getting to know the entire health portfolio of each patient.
