From the practitioner: About My Practice
Dr. Wang received his fellowship training at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and was formerly on the full-time medical faculty at Johns Hopkins and Columbia University Medical Center.
Founded by Dr. Wang, Wisdom Health and Wellbeing is an integrative and functional medicine practice located in Denville, New Jersey, treating adults aged 18 years and older. A holistic approach to health and healing is at the core of our values.
As a mindful clinician, Dr. Wang works closely with patients to understand the root causes of symptoms and disease and optimize treatment through an integrative and functional medicine framework. Compassionate care facilitates health recovery at a fundamental level.
From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect
We regard our relationship with our patients as a collaboration. We help you understand the root causes of your disease and formulate a holistic treatment plan. This is done through therapeutic strategies that may include food as medicine, neutraceuticals and supplements, adjustment or reduction of prescription medications, restoration of gut microbiome, and integrative modalities such as acupuncture. Along the way, we teach you the skills to help you recover from disease and create a sustainable path to health and wellbeing.
Clinical visits are currently conducted in-person and/or by telemedicine.
