Information for Patients

From the practitioner: About My Practice

Good Health Practice is a specialised and holistic health practice, offering bespoke skin consultations from a functional medicine perspective. I am a U.K. trained, Nutritional therapist and Naturopath. I completed the IFM's Applying Functional Medicine In Clinical Practice training course in 2017 and am currently studying to become a fully certified practitioner.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

I investigate, educate and break down the best health practices. I like to specialise in Chronic skin conditions and unidentified health imbalances. I use functional tests (bloods/urine/salvia/stool) to investigate any biochemical imbalances, and therapeutic food, targeted supplements and lifestyle modifications to encourage healing and restore balance. It is a fully comprehensive approach that requires commitment from us both to achieve long-term results. I am on hand to guide and encourage you and offer any assistance needed while we work together.
