My area of interest is gut and digestive health.I am both a medical doctor and a registered nutritional therapist.During my 27 years as an NHS GP,I have worked with many people with chronic gut and digestive health issues, and have witnessed first-hand their frustration when conventional medical approaches aren't improving symptoms.To improve these symptoms we need to address root causes and not simply treat symptoms.My approach is based on the foundational functional medicine principles of considering the specific impact of nutrition, lifestyle and environment on each individual's health.This personalised approach enables root causes of the individual's symptoms to be targeted

As both a medical doctor and a registered nutritional therapist, I am uniquely enabled to approach your individual health issues from every angle with a thorough understanding of your health journey, be it conventional or otherwise.
We can work together to achieve lasting positive changes to your health using the powerful combination of a personalised functional medical approach, whilst also understanding your conventional medical journey.
All programmes are 12 weeks duration (all with an initial in-person assessment and then online follow-ups), which gives time to feel the benefits whilst receiving ongoing support and accountability.
