From the practitioner: About My Practice

Welcome to Shine Health PLLC, an integrative medical practice focused on individualized care led by the heart. As a IFMCP certified practitioner with experience in anti-aging and integrative primary care, I enjoy helping people improve their energy and vitality. Witnessing clients regain their lives gives me great joy. I am here to help lead you into your own healing journey, with some helpful tools and support along the way utilizing functional medicine principles, lab work, specialty testing and epigenetics to direct us to meeting your goals. We offer an integrative twist on common conditions, hormones and biochemistry all to help you shine your brightest light out into the world.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

We begin with a face to face encounter, generally 90-120minutes together to really dive deep into your history and present condition, taking time to see what triggers and exposures may be playing a role in your health. We will delineate what additional information may be best utilized to help us design a customized individualized plan going forward, addressing lifestyle modifications to support your goals. We will meet every 1-2 months for the first 3-6 months until we reach a more steady state and then we can connect as needed. I'm here to support you. We can begin with a 20 minute free consultation call to explore if I am the best provider for you.
