From the practitioner: About My Practice
I am a certified pediatric nurse practitioner & health coach. I enjoy partnering and educating families on healthy lifestyle habits and resolving chronic health concerns. I believe in and practice "Food is Medicine" and lifestyle habits that give me the best opportunity for health and vitality, as I age. At Pediatric Wellness KC, I incorporate nutritional therapies, integrative and functional medicine protocols, functional labs and lifestyle modalities to create customized nutrition and lifestyle plans for whole health. I work with individuals and soon hope to be working with groups and communities to achieve optimal health outcomes and discover practical ways to support your health so you can live a vibrant and energetic life.
From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect
I work with patients from Missouri and Kansas. Expect to be heard here. Your journey starts with a 20 minute free discovery phone call, after you fill out a brief form on my website so we can determine your goals and needs to see if we are a good fit for improving your childs overall wellness. Your initial appointment may take about 90 minutes conducted via a phone call and then an in person comprehensive physical head to toe exam. It is important you complete the intake paperwork at least 3 days before your appointment so there is time for a comprehensive review. Memberships and individual consults are available.
