Information for Patients

From the practitioner: About My Practice

Both practices that I work with focus on chronic complex illness. We are very experienced in caring for patients who have tickborne infections, mold and related conditions such as MCAS and SIBO. We utilize an approach of optimizing the foundations of health slowly over time while we employ appropriately cutting edge therapies (peptides, ozone, exosomes) to get our patients feeling better more quickly. We recognize the importance of addressing trauma physiology. I personally use a lot of cannabis and I refer for ketamine assisted therapy frequently. I am finishing a psychedelic certificate program in early 2024 and plan to incorporate these modalities into both practices.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

We are looking for patients who want to partner and be active participants in their care. People who are looking for protocols and guarantees from the get go will not be a good fit for us. We expect patients to take a year or more to start achieving optimal healing. Patients who are open to the process and who can spend time preparing for visits and following through on recommendations over time will maximize the time spent with us. Health coaching is available at both practices for additional support. We do not accept insurance for visits. We use insurance as much as possible for testing.
