From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

I work at the heart of the Functional Medicine Matrix focussing on Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual wellbeing. To that end, we will explore your timeline by filling out an online questionnaire (LivingMatrix), which will ask you questions that you may never have been asked before in an effort to dig into the root of your current stressors or trauma. Then, through a safe, gentle process of exploration we will work with your health care team to balance your sleep/relaxation, movement, eating habits, stress, and relationships.
