From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

Personalized patient care, tailored according to individual preferences. Wholeness is the ultimate goal in partnering with persons motivated to be their best self. At least 90 minutes at your initial visit will be spent focusing on your current and past health concerns, deciding together how best to help you achieve your health goals. The first visit also includes a discussion of nutrition because better health begins with providing your body with what it needs for optimal function.
I offer a focused hormone option for those who prefer to address hormone balance only, as well as a full Functional Medicine evaluation option which is comprehensive and may involve specialty lab testing if indicated.
