From the practitioner: About My Practice

I treat every one of my patients as athletes. That's because we are all trying to do superhuman things in our modern society. My goal is to turn my athletes (patients) into the best people they can possibly be. I combine my experience working at the top levels of human performance with Osteopathic medical training to work with you where you are now, helping you find your way to the person you want to be. As a team, you and I will work on the foundations of health including sleep, nutrition, exercise, and community with what truly works in medicine to move beyond disease to ultimate human health.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

We will work simultaneously on the foundations of health while integrating them with your medication to ensure we have the optimal treatment regimen. I will work with you to outline your goals and construct a plan to achieving them.
