LaVida Health is conveniently located in the Melbourne CBD. Our goal is to enable you achieve your health goals by addressing the underlying cause/s with a focus on dietary and lifestyle changes supported by the best available nutritional and herbal supplements.

You can expect to be asked a lot of questions about your health and your history because I am really interested in finding out what has lead you to your current health concerns. I want to learn your unique story. I also want you to be involved in the development of a treatment plan that works for you in the context of your life so that we set realistic objectives that work for you.
