Achieving optimal health is the result of focus upon root cause, precision medicine. Understanding that the why and how impacts each of our journeys separately is a powerful first step towards healing. And from healing, we can build on our unique potentials of female and male physiology to optimize our healthspan and human performance.

At Index Health, using our virtual platform, you have a personalized care team that is able to use advanced lab testing and genomics data to create data-driven, individualized plans for nutrition, movement/ exercise, and targeted nutraceuticals, if needed. We focus on individual lifestyle changes to improve your current symptoms, while aiming to optimize your overall health-span.

My personal goal is to be a partner in your or your child's health journey, serving to provide you individualized support that we agree on as a team. I seek to find the root cause of your symptoms, listening, and providing you the support that you need. You can expect me to ensure that we are in agreement with any plans. You can expect that I ask to make a commitment to your or your child's health. I want to empower my patients on this phase of their health journey. I have a passion for helping children with gut health, allergy, asthma, and metabolic concerns, as well as focused on the unique female physiology in athletes that can result in micronutrient and hormonal concerns.
